    Dr. Khurshid R Khan, an experienced hand in the sphere of Ophthalmology, completed MBBS in the year 1982 from renowned King George Medical University of Lucknow. Immediately after this, he also passed his MS (Ophthalmology) degree from the same university in the session of 1985-86. He started his career by serving at the Sundarani Charitable Eye Hospital of Agra. He worked there for 10 months with full commitment and helped them to accomplish their target of screening 50,000 school students.

    A major achievement of success came into his life when he was given the golden opportunity to serve the Ministry of Health (KSA). After serving there for 9.5 years, he switched to serve as a specialist Eye Surgeon at Madinah-Al- Munawarah and Yanbu-Al-Bahar. With a vast experience in his hands, he further continued to start his full-time independent practice at Lucknow in the year 1997.

    His keen interest and curiosity in learning enabled him to upgrade his skills in anterior segment of Ophthalmology. Since the inception of Nazar Eye Center, it is constantly serving excellence in terms of anterior segment services. In fact, it is counted one of the few Eye care centers of North India that possess Femto Cataract (FLACS) equipments.

    He has also been a regular part of Continuous Medical Education (CME) both on national as well as international platform. His contribution in construction of several instruction courses of CME is remarkable. The successful accomplishment of more than 50 thousand surgeries till present sets forth a significant proof of his expertise in the field and his dedication. His profound interest in serving humanity, pristine thinking, platonic nature and pronounced ingenuity led him to excel in this profession.
